Given:
Target bull's eye with a diameter of 24 centimeters.
4 concentric rings with a width of 12 cm each.
First circle, d1 = 24 cm
2nd circle, d2 = 24 + (12*2) = 48 cm
3rd circle, d3 = 24 + (12*3) = 60 cm
4th circle, d4 = 24 + (12*4) = 72 cm
