( for all those who are trying help me out with my pc.... here is what is going on with it)

1. no longer have a password
2.no buttons work on the keyboard unless it is the letters and numbers
3. my brightness and sound won't work unless go into system preferences to fix it.


what is wrong ... they say i may have fried it but i don't understand

go to the settings to add a password or soft reset it and if it doesn't work hard reset it would most likely need to see it in person to help don't understand how your brightness wouldn't work unless it's just dimm then the screen is broken
