2 and 3/4 = ( 3 + 4*2 ) / 4 = 11 / 4
divide 11 / 4 by 3 / 16
→ ( 11 / 4 ) / ( 3 / 16 )
= ( 11 / 4 ) * ( 16 / 3 )
and you can get 44 / 3
44 / 3 = 14 and 2/3
so the answer is 14
