Based on my eyesight, it looks like C intercepts the y-axis at y = 2.
Since the y-intercept is the deciding factor, let's take 2 · 4⁰

Now, 4⁰ = 1, since anything raised to the power of 0 gives 1.
Now, the intercept is at 2 · 1 = 2.

Hence, (C) is the correct graph.
