To get the answer u would take the equation and divide 36 to both sides and get h = 6 and 2/3. You would then convert that to hours and minutes. Every 1/3 hour is 20 minutes so 2/3 wpuld be 40 minutes. So therefore the answer is 6 hours and 40 minutes or the first answer choice.

Tim can place 36 pair of shoes pair hour, and he have 240 pair of shoes to place. We need to find how much hours will Tim take to place the 240 pairs, using the equation they gave us: 36H = 240, in which H represents the number of hours. We need to solve for H.

36H = 240
Let's divide both sides by 36 so we get H on a side and its value on the other:
36H = 240
(36H)/36 = 240/36
H ≈ 6.6666 ≈ 6.7

So it will take Tim about 6.7 hours to place the 240 pair of shoes.

Hope this helps! :D
