18 OR 19
WORK:
Well ur 2 levels below so u could just add 3+15=18 but if u added the lobby it would be 19

ALSO:
if its the -3 floor there would be a floor 0 so idek anymore XD

So the lobby would be the 1st floor, and the level you parked your car on would be the -3rd level.
15+3 would be 18. So you are 18 levels away from your car
