slope of oline passing through (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is
(y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
given
(3,1) and (8,3)
(x,y)
x1=3
y1=1
x2=8
y2=3
slope=(3-1)/(8-3)=2/5
slope=2/5
