vcylinder-vcone=vair

vcylinder=hpir^2
vcone=(1/3)hpir^2

vcylinder=16*pi*5^2=400pi
vcone=(1/3)12*pi*4^2=64pi

vylinder-cone=400pi-64pi=336pi

volume is 336pi cubic centimeters or aprox 1055.5 cubic cm
