DNA
structure. DNA is made
up of
molecules
called
nucleotides
. Each
nucleotide
contains a phosphate group, a sugar group and a nitrogen base. The four types of nitrogen bases are adenine (A), thymine (T), guanine (G) and cytosine (C).
