There are 4 colors, White ,Green , Red and Orange. And there is a spinner which has 4 sections.

To see how many there are visually you could write out the outcomes.

-White and section 1
-White and Section 2
-White and Section 3
-White and Section 4

-Green and Section 1
-Green and section 2
-Green and Section 3
-Green and Section 4

-Red and Section 1
Red and Section 2
Red and Section 3
Red and Section 4

Orange and Section 1
Orange and Section 2
Orange and Section 3
Orange and Section 4

When you count them up it equals 16 outcomes.

FAST WAY: just multiply the colors and spinner sections, which is also 16.
