12 inches to 36 inches. Is that percent increase or decrease? If it is an increase than what is the percent of the change? Do the same with 50 pounds to 35 pounds 10 gallons to 24 gallons and 16 centimeters to 44.2 centimeters

the first one would be increasing by 200 %
the second one would be decreasing
the third one would be increaing by 104%
the forth one would be increasing but im not sure on how much, i think that it would between 107% and 108%
