Breath in for four seconds, hold in for 7 seconds, and breath out for 8 seconds.

Taping your leg instead of the table:

Taping you leg is quieter then taping a table because, the leg has padding that prevent it from making a lot of noise, as long as you don't tap to hard.

The 4-7-8 breathing technique is always an option. It was scientifically proven to reduce stress by bringing your breathing pattern back to normal. To do this, you must take a 4 second long breath in, then hold that air in for 7 seconds without breathing, and breath out for 8 seconds.
