Use 3.14 for pi to estimate the area of a circle. The diameter is given. Round your answer to the nearest hundredth if necessary . 24.4m

To find the area of a circle, you need the radius. To find the radius when you have the diameter, simply divide the diameter by 2.
This gives us 11.2.
The formula for the area of a circle is A=π * r^2

Now plug in pi, and your radius, 11.2

This should give you 394.08
