18.5 / 100 = 0.185, 1 - 0.185 =
3 = 13400*0.815^3 = £7254
4 = 13400*0.815^4 = £5912
6 = 13400*0.815^8 = £3926.90
9 = 12500*0.815^9 = £2125.80
