Triangle has a 180 degrees.
180-45=135 degrees
The total of the other degrees are 4b.
135 divided by 4 = 33.75 degrees = b
B = 33.75 X 1 = 33.75 degrees
C = 33.75 X 3 = 101.25 degrees

Check:

A = 45
B = 33.75
C = 101.25
Triangle ABC = 180 degrees

Since there are only three angels I guess this is a triangle
180 = 45 + b + 3b
180 = 45 + 4b
180-45 = 45 -45 +4b
135 = 4b
135/4 = 4b/4
b = 33.75

angle b = 33.75
angle c = 101.25

Check
40 + 33.75 +101.25 = 180
180 = 180
