A^2=49 and b^2=64, which of the following cannot be a value of a+b

The values of A and B have to be 7 and 8, respectively. Unless you also deal with negatives, which also means you can have -7 and -8 as values. So, anything besides 7, 8, -7, and -8 cannot be values.
