(14-6) x (2+4)
= 14 x 2 + 14 x 4 - 6 x 2 - 6 x 4
= 28 + 56 - 12 - 24
= 48

Therefore the answer would be : B. 48.

(14 - 6) * (2+4) = (8) * (6)

Next, we must simplify the expression. There is only one operation left to complete, multiplication, so that is what we are going to do next.
