Absolute Monarch is the King OR the Queen has FULL Power so that answer is WRONG.

Balance of power is forces among nations such that no single nation is strong enough.so i believe that answer is WRONG

Habeas Corpus is a writ requiring a person to be brought before a judge or court and restrain of the person liberty.

Limited monarchy is a monarchy that is limited by laws and a constitution

divine right is a right based on the law of God and of nature, sovereigns derive their rights to rule by a virtue of their birth alone

Basically the answer is Habeas Corpus
