Option C i.e Identity Disorder is the correct answer.

Dissociative Identity Disorder or multiple personality disorder is a mental disorder. The people with Dissociative Identity Disorder develop alternate personalities which are different from their usual one. It involves disruptions of memory or identity and thus individual's facial expression, voice quality, dressing style etc changes from day to day.
