Divide 24 by the total to see if you get the percent.
OR multiply the percent by the total to see if you get 24.

Since 24 are always pulled, simply multiply the percentage by the total number of each one and if it equals 24, then it is correct.
9% of 260 = 23.4
6% of 400 = 24
20% of 120 = 24
25% of 96 = 24
12% of 220 = 26.4
15% of 160 = 24
