How to plot (3,-3) on a graph?

soo mack a line and in the middle of the line write 0 going to the right side of the zero right positive numbers and going toword the left side of the zero right negative numbers and just circle the 3 and the -3

They y-axis represents the -3 now all that you need to do is line it up to -3 and 3 in the graph
