Why do you think the Bill of Rights contains the right to a trial by jury? What is important about the right to have a jury decide someone’s guilt or innocence?

The Bill of Rights contains the right to a trial before a jury because, without that law an innocent person could be sent to jail without a fair trial! It is important to have a jury decide someone's guilt or innocence because the jury is highly educated to know and see if that man/women is guilty of jail or death.
