Answer: Germany's geographic location was an advantage when it was on the offensive in the war as it was a central location which was surrounded by a lot of politically unstable countries and in addition, the allies had to cross a river to get to them.

Explanation:

Following the completion of the war, a conference was upheld in Potsdam, Germany, to set up harmony agreements. The nations that opposed with Hitler lost area and had to pay restitution to the Allies. Germany and its capital Berlin were partitioned into four segments.
