If f(x) = -x2 – 1, and

g(x) = x + 5, then

Answer:

g(f(x)) = -x^2 + 4

Explanation:

What we simply have to do here is to put f(x) into g(x)

What this mean is that every x in g(x) will be represented by f(x)

Thus, we have it that

-x^2 - 1 + 5

= -x^2 + 4
