midpoint formula = (x^1 + x^2 / 2) , (y^1 + y^2 / 2)
-1 + -9/2 = -5.5 16 + -2 / 2 = 7
Answer = (-5.5, 7)

x = -1 to -9 = -8 -> midpoint is -4
y = 16 to -2 = 18 -> midpoint is 9
(-4, 9)?
