The answer is either D or C, because, a BMI of 24 is considered to be a healthy weight, 25 to 29.9 is to overweight, 30 is obese.

A BMI of 30 and higher is considered obese. The higher the BMI, the greater the risk of developing additional health problems. A healthy weight is considered to be a BMIof 24 or less. A BMI of 25 to 29.9 is considered overweight.
