Yes because 2,4,6,8 and 10 are all even. 10 cannot be used because it is a two-digit number. Happy studying! _ _

Yes, its indeed an even number.
To check the answer<<< Lets divide 8542 by 2
8542 ÷ 2= 4,271.
If you've noticed, the answer is a whole number and doesn't not have a remainder, so that means its an even number.
