By definition, the length of an arc is given as:


L\text{ = 2}\pi r((\theta)/(360))

Here,


\begin{gathered} \pi\text{ = 3.14} \\ \theta\text{ = 73 degrees } \\ r\text{ = }6.48\text{ in} \end{gathered}

Substituting these values in the formula, we have


\begin{gathered} L\text{ = 2}*3.14*6.48*(73)/(360) \\ \\ =\text{ 8.25} \end{gathered}

The length is therefore, 8.25in
