2 apples ---------------------- 1/5 g of fat

x apples ------------------------ 4 g of fat
________________________________

x = (4·2)/(1/5) = 8/(1/5) = (8/1):(1/5) = (8/1)·(5/1) = 40/1 = 40 apples

So, 40 apples have a total of 4 g of fat.
