EXPLAIN. A patient with asteriosclerosis may not have atherosclerosis, but a patient with atherosclerosis DOES have arteriosclerosis.

Answer:

The patient could POSSIBLY have it there for they DO have atherosclerosis, and at the same time the patient MAY NOT have atherosclerosis.
