I'm going to use the foil method.

First

Outside

Inner

Last

So let's multiply the first term in each factor:



m*m=m^2


Then the outer terms:



m*3=3m


Then we'll multiply the inner terms:



-6*m=-6m


And finally, the last terms:



-6*3=-18


Now add everything that we got together:


m^(2)+3m-6m-18

And simplify:



m^(2)-3m-18


And that's your final answer!
