An elevator can carry up to 2,500 pounds. Suppose the weight of an average adult is 150 pounds. At most how

assuming that you can go up to 2500, simply multiple until you reach your target of 2500, i did 150 x 16 to get 2400, 100 less than 2500, meaning it would be safe and one more wouldn't.
