percent error is 3%......target amount is 50
3% of 50 = turn percent to decimal...." of " means multiply
0.03(50) = 1.50
Lowest acceptable value is : 50 - 1.50 = $ 48.50 <==
Highest acceptable value is : 50 + 1.50 = $ 51.50 <==
