y-y1=m(x-x1)
is the equation of a line that passes through the pionts (x1,y1) and has a slope of m

find slope

slope between (x1,y1) and (x2,y2) is (y2-y1)/(x2-x1)
2 points are (-4,2) and (4,-1)
slope=(-4-2)/(4-(-4))=-6/(4+4)=-6/8=-3/8

the eqaution is either
y-2=-3/8(x+4) or
y+1=-3/8(x-4)
