the answer is f(x)= 2(x-10) which you are able to simplify to

2x-20

Answer:

20

Explanation:

In order to find the inverse of a function, just follow the next steps:

Step 1: Write y=f(x):

y=(1)/(2) x +10

Step 2: Isolate x:

y-10=(1)/(2) x\\\\2y-20=x

Step 3: Replace every x with a y and replace every y with an x:

2x-20=y

Hence:

f^(-1) (x)=h(x)=2x-20

We can conclude from the previous result that the missing value is 20
