order of operations
pemdas
parentahsees
exponents
mulitply or divide
add or subtract

for parenthasees, work inside to out, left to right

so

first one is (2-6) which is equal to -4
next parenthaees is (8/4) which is 2
now we got
[5(-4)+3(2)^2]^2
exponent
2^2=4
now we got
[5(-4)+3(4)]^2
mulitply
5(-4)=-20
3(4)=12
now we got
[-20+12]^2
simplify
-20+12=-8

now we got
[-8]^2
