First, start saving up if she hasn't already. Don't rely on a scholarship. She should think about what she wants in a school. Second, find out if she likes bigger schools, smaller ones, state, community. All that matters for her so she gets the best education. Next she should look for collages that are best in what she is wanting to achieve. Law and writing are two very different things and each school specializes in different things. Once she finds a school she should start applying. Also, FOCUS ON SCHOOL YOUR IN. Study hard and learn as much as possible. This can also help with scholarships. She should look in to collage courses in high school so when you go to collage you already have mandatory stuff out of the way, plus it's cheaper. She prob wont do that in 9th grade but still.
