ok so slope intercept form is y=mx+b
where b is equal to the y-int and m is equal to the slope
so all we do is replace the m with you slope of 7
y=7x+b
and replace your b with your y-int of -8
y=7x+(-8)
Simplify if needed
y=7x-8
so your answer would be y=7x-8
