First, put fractions into decimals. 3/7 = 0.428571 etc. 7/16= 0.4375. Also, convert the percent. 43.8/100 = 0.438 Then you have:  0.4286, 0.4375, 0.43, and 0.438.  Putting them in order(and back to its original state), we have        3/7, 0.43, 7/16, and 43.8%
