Answer: The first choice ( y=7x+36)

Explanation:
Since we know the slope is 7 and there is a point of (-5,1) we can easily find the b (y intercept).
Equation would be 1=7(-5)+b
First we time 7 by -5 which is -35
Next we add 35 to the other side of the equation which is 36=b
So 36 would be your y intercept
