Eastern tribes were moved further west to less fertile farming land. Some native Americans in the mid-west became active in trading. The Plains Native Americans moved further west and into Mexico. In all situations, there was a loss of tribal lands and traditional way of life.

The Native Americans really never had peace again after the incident between the Europens and them, and never got to live the way they used to because of the Europeans. Their lives were changed forever and never got to live in peace and harmony on their homeland ever again.
