130 to 810 is 523.076 because 130
is the old value and 810
is the new value. In this case we have a % of increase because the new value is greater than the old value.

If you multiply 810 by 1.3 (130% in decimal form) then you get the increase, and with that number, you can add it to 810 to get your final answer:
810x1.3=1053
810+1053=1863
