After consuming alcohol, it is absorbed into your bloodstream, and affects every part of the human body. It can cause long-term damage, and put your health at serious risk. The liver is the organ at most risk.

alcohol directly affects the CNS / central nervous system for temporary time ! but the main problem is in liver !
alcohol causes the enlargement of liver and it's functionality decreases day by day !
