(x-3)^2+(y+6)^2=100
(x-3)^2+(y+6)^2=20
(x+3)^2+(y-6)^2=20

the equation of a circle with center at (h,k) and radius of r is
(x-h)^2+(y-k)^2=r^2

so

(-3,6) and radius is 10
(x-(-3))^2+(y-(6))^2=10^2
(x+3)^2+(y-6)^2=100
