The Answer is 6 tsp Because 2 + 2 + 2 and 3 + 3 + 3 or 2 x 2 and 3 x 3

First multiply 9 by 2 which equals 18 then divide by 3 which equals 6
So he would use 6 teaspoons of baking soda
