A company was looking for a vice president of marketing. Advertising expenses totaled $1,008 and interviewing expenses, including travel for the finalist were $1,547. They hired Stephan Peitrovsky. Hiring expenses included $2,897 in moving costs and a 7% realtor’s fee on the selling price of Stephan’s home. The home sold for $265,489. What is the total recruiting cost to the nearest cent?

It looks like you're just going to add everything up...

1,008 +1,547+ 2897 + 265,489 + .07(265,489) = $289,525.20

Realtor's fee on home = 265489 * 0.07 = 18584.23

Now, Total value = 1008 + 1547 + 2897 + 18584.23 = 24036.23

In short, Your Answer would be $24036.23
