x= -12

Explanation:

-2.5(x-4)=-3x+4

-2.5x+10=-3x+4

-2.5x+3x=-10+4

0.5x=-6

Divide by 0.5x/0.5 you cancel these two numbers.

-6/0.5 = -12

x= -12
