Well..... Here is below
The desire to gain a high pay causes peoples views to be skewed as a result of the need to be paid more. In Melissa case this incentive would sway her to a large corporation as there is perception of a high pay if she was to work at this company. As a result of the company being 'big' she assumes that it will have more money to pay here and will have more entitlements. Even though she may be paid more the nonprofit organisation would probably have more entitlements (i worked at one) and would be a much nicer place to work... Pay isnt everything!
