x= unknown distance
7'2" + 41'6" + x = 61'6"
48'8"+x=61'6"
x=61'6"-48'8"
x=60'18"-48'8"
x = 12'10" 12 ft. 10 in.
Therefore the distance of the house from the other side of the lot is 12 ft 10 inches.
Hope this helps!
