remember you can do anything to an equation as long as you do it to both sides
-0.375c-11=13
add 11 to both sides
-0.375c+11-11=13+11
-0.375c+0=24
-0.375c=24
times both sides by -1
0.375c=-24
divide both sides by 0.375
c=-64

It would be: -0.375c - 11 = 13
-0.375c = 13 + 11
c = -24/0.375
c = -64
In short, Your Answer would be -64
Hope this helps!
